- ISIS drivers are supported with IBM Taskmaster Capture thick clients.
- TWAIN drivers are used for Taskmaster Web Capture remote scan clients (thin clients).
- Kofax VRS is supported with some scanners. The Kofax VRS Scanner Configuration Utility displays the supported scanners in the “Available image devices” list. To enable support, users must select “Kofax VRS Scanner” in the iScan task setup window in the Taskmaster Web client Workflow tab, or in the DotScan Configure scanner dialog.
- For some scanners, customers need to obtain the scanner driver from the vendor or from the scanner manufacturer.
- IBM does not qualify or test individual scanners due to the quantity of brands and models.
